Zumba® Fitness is now offered at DanceSport Studios!   Zumba® is  a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.   CLASS SCHEDULE  
SATURDAY 9:00 – 9:55am Zumba
 SUNDAY 9:00 – 9:55am Zumba             10:10-11:00am Pound
 $7 per class to drop in. Or save and purchase a 10 pack for $50.00.  See teacher for more information. Everyone is welcome!   Please bring your fitness shoes (with slight traction) to change into! Prefer that the soles are clean and dry!!!  Thank you!!!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Your Instructor:  NILA  ANDRADE   Hi, I’m Nila Andrade and Zumba® Fitness has truly changed my life. I started taking classes right here at DanceSport Studios in 2011 and fell absolutely in LOVE. I finally found a workout I loved and could not wait to do again, and again, and again! In 2013 I became an instructor…I love teaching Zumba classes mostly because I love sharing the passion and to see the joy it brings to all the students. Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you’ll see what I mean. You don’t even have to know how to dance or have any experience. Just move your body and follow my lead. It’s easy! Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! North Shore Fit

Join North Shore Fit for 45 mins of heart pounding, high intensity sweat sessions! Trainers Brynn and Blair welcome all fitness levels and design each session to help YOU to find your Fit! You will explore many high intensity drills to maximize your fat burn during each 45min session. Brynn and Blair will be there to coach you on proper form and motivate you to reach your maximum potential. We will offer progressive and regressive alternatives for every move, allowing you to tailor each workout to your personal fitness level.
  • Monday: 9:15am
  • Tuesday: 6:00pm (in the smaller dance room)
  • Wednesday: 9:15am
  • Thursday 9:15am & 6:00pm
