  photo_RodRod Schulz, originally from Washington State, relocated to the Midwest area to work for Nordstrom’s as a Regional Manager of loss prevention. After many years in the corporate world he then branched out and owned and operated his own retail store in the Chicago area for several years. Rod now resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, this being closer to family and friends. Soon after the move to Wisconsin, he decided to pursue his desire to learn more about Ballroom and Latin dancing. He has been studying Ballroom and Latin dancing in the DVIDA (Dance Vision International Dance Association) and USISTD (United States Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance) dance syllabi. Rod has worked with many nationally recognized dance coaches in the ballroom community and has since focused his attention to teaching, choreographing, and performing in dance exhibitions around the state. Rod has performed at the Stephanie Weil Center, John Michael Kohler Art Center, and at many local and state level showcase competitions. Rod Schulz currently teaches/instructs Ballroom and Latin dance at the Kohler Art Center and Kohler SportsCore, along with the DanceSport Studios of Cedarburg. Rod also offers private individual and group lessons to those interested in learning how to Ballroom dance or possibly just fine tune some of their existing skills. He has had the pleasure to work with several wedding couples and attendees for their” special wedding dance”.
