About Kelly Robbins…   photo_KellyKelly is a professional Ballroom dance trainer, competitor, and performer. She specializes in American-style Smooth and Rhythm. She has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in music education. Kelly has certification in bronze, silver and gold levels of Ballroom and Latin dance, entitling her to an Associate position in the Ballroom dance community. Kelly and her professional partner won many local, regional and Midwest titles. They were National finalists at such prestigious competitions as Miami, Las Vegas, and Ohio. While competing in many styles such as American Rhythm, International Standard, and Cabaret divisions, American Smooth has always been her favorite. Upon retiring from the competition circle Kelly continued to be seen as a featured performer with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra as well as Guy Lombardo’s Royal Canadians, the Pabst Theatre and as WOKY’s Ballroom and Latin representative. Kelly’s teaching abilities have earned her an award as Top Female Teacher at the national level. One of Kelly’s most rewarding teaching experiences was sharing her abilities with the Blind and Visually Impaired at the Badger Association. Kelly has a talent for being able to work with people of all ages and at all different levels of dance.
