Bill started his dancing career working for a nationally franchised studio and had been a NDCA certified dance teacher for the past 27 years. He has twice been awarded a national Top Teacher Gold Level Award, for his teaching style. Bill and his professional partner spent seven years on the competition dance floor. An ankle injury forced Bill to leave the competitive world behind. He now specializes in teaching social style dancing and the art of the lead and follow.
Bill believes very strongly that dancing should be fun and available to all who desire to try. He strives to make each student he works with feel confident in their abilities and grow to their full potential. His humorous style puts his students quickly at ease.

About Susan Alby
Susan Alby has been sharing her joy of music and dance with people of all ages for over 25 years. Playing the piano throughout her childhood led her to the study of dance in her young adult years. Finding this was her true pursuit, she began teaching ballet, tap, and jazz in the local community. She eventually discovered the magic and fun of Ballroom and Latin dancing, and immediately knew it would play a vital part in her program of instruction.
At Northern Michigan University, Susan, earned a BA in Art & Design with a minor in Music. While working on her degree she enjoyed teaching basic social Ballroom and Latin dance classes for Adult Continuing Education in Marquette. It was here that Susan was able to incorporate her knowledge of techniques in classical dance.
In 2006 Susan founded her business Chance2Dance in order to teach social style dancing at various locations in the Sheboygan area. Her main goal is to share the wonderful worls of dance with others. Timothy Place
Having been exposed to ballroom dance as a teenager, Tim re-awakened to it at age 50, taking classes with Bob and Penny Urbon, then privately with Marcia Barrett, Dale Pizzitola, Matt Rivers, and with Una Lisa Cichacki for the past 16 years. He has mastered the American Smooth (Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz) and American Rhythm (Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Bolero, Mambo) styles, successfully competing in all at the silver level, and gold Smooth at the 2009 Ohio Star Ball in Columbus Ohio. Most recently, with his partner and coach Una Lisa, he placed first in all five American Rhythm dances at the 2015 Wisconsin State Dancesport Competition. He has been coached by Tony Meredith, David Hamilton, Dan Messenger, John Abrams, Matthew Cusack and Mazen Hamsa, all top names in ballroom dance. Tim has also completed 8 years of training in Argentine Tango with Fred and Yermen Romero as well as attending many clinics in that dance. He is one of a very few who are proficient in both Ballroom and Argentine Tango. He has a strong working knowledge of many club dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Hustle and Night Club 2-step.
Tim’s teaching includes healthy doses of technique as well as dance patterns, including proper footwork, hip movement, upper body movement and arm styling, with patterns from the accepted American syllabi. He works at developing strong dance frame, posture and effective partnering for couples. He is comfortable working with males and females, and has a firm understanding of both lead and follow roles. He also choreographs for and coaches wedding couples.
Tim’s students say the lessons are detailed yet light hearted and lots of fun, with pleasant social interaction and lots of positive reinforcement as students learn. They feel that he genuinely cares about them and their progress and works hard and patiently with each student to help them achieve the great results they seek. He has been successfully sharing his dance knowledge with students since 2012.
