Mark Webster...

Mark,
a native of Wauwatosa,
was exposed to a variety
of dance styles during
high school. This inspired
him seek his dream.
Mark left Freshman
year of college
to pursue a career
as a Ballroom & Latin
dancer. He was partnered
and groomed by one
of the nations largest
franchise studios.
After achieving top
teacher awards, Midwest
Regional Dance Champion & US
Rhythm finalist status,
Mark left to pursue
his art and craft independently.
Enjoying
his new found freedom
to teach and study
dance, Mark established
Milwaukee’s own “Champion
Ballroom Showcase & Competition”.
The Marcus Center of
the Performing Arts provided
an ideal venue to feature
the Word’s
leading Ballroom & Latin
dancers. These productions
were enjoyed by dancers & audiences
for 11 years.
Mark
returned to finish
college and then found himself
taking over the ownership
of an established dance
studio in Glendale, WI.
He re-named the studio North Shore Ballroom and it had a successful
3-year run. Mark seized
the opportunity to sell the business
return to the enjoyment
of teaching without
the encumbrance of
dealing with the business
aspects of owning a
studio. He now instructs at DancecSport
Studios of Cedarburg where he is also the
studio manager.
Mark
continues to explore
and update his craft
through training and
coaching and he enjoys
performing and competing
with his students that
seek those opportunities.
He is currently ranked in the top 10 teachers for the United States in the Dancesport Series and Dancers Cup Tour.
His diverse experience
enables him to share
his knowledge with
beginners as well as
advanced dancers. Mark
teaches the beginners
group class every Tuesday
